Xian Zi's soft and soothing voice became a familiar sound in 2006 when her hit Mando-pop ballad "Can't Not Love" hit the airwaves and karaoke bars across the strait. Returning with her second album, the up-and-coming singer tells the other side of the story with her first plug "To Not Love is the Best" (Track 1), a fun retro a-go-go dance track. She also gives her strong vocals a workout in "Old Man" (Track 9), a duet with rocker Dick and Cowboy that is already a big hit in China. For songs closer to her previous hit, the lyrical ballads "The Third Person's Third Person" (Track 3) and "Can't Let Go" (Track 4) should find popularity at the karaoke. Perhaps closest to Xian Zi are her self-written "Mona Lisa" (Track 2) and "Drunken Wind" (Track 11), the song that led to her discovery and debut.
